Scalewell provides leaders and investors with the tools, insights and advice to grow exceptional and sustainable companies where people love to work.

We created Scalewell’s first identity back in 2019 and where thrilled to be asked to help them refresh their brand as they were scaling up in 2022.

First we ran a 2 day retreat to work through Scalewell’s strategy with the co-founders, so we could then build a visual identify that amplified their business strategy. Then we revisited the 2019 visual identity to bring it into line with Scalewell’s 2022 strategy. Implementing the updated identity and brand guidelines we designed and developed a website refresh including illustration and photography.
